The Google Grant is a grand given by Google for $10,000/mo in free credit in Google Ads. This money is used to purchase ads on Google Search.  

Ads on Google will always show at the top of the page when a search is made. They will also have a green box next to them showing they are ads. 

Notably though Google has the display network (ads on pages) the Google Grant is only for organizations to advertise on the search network.
